Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Incase products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents hereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Planet Quillt LCC and its members available in the United States. This Site is controlled and operated by Planet Quilt LLC from its offices in Evergreen, Colorado.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Colorado.
